Care Instructions
- Wear your aligners per Dr. Watterson’s instructions, usually 20-22 hours per day.
- Remove your aligners before you eat or drink anything!
- Clean your aligners each time before putting them in with a soft-bristle toothbrush and water. Use the Invisalign aligner cleaning crystals often to keep your aligners odor-free, clear, and hygienic.
- Brush and floss after you finish a meal or beverage. Don’t have access to a brush? Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water.

Serving as a general dentist for 25 years, I have developed and curated a passion for cosmetic dentistry in all its facets. I believe that form follows function and that is the basis of my practice. When your teeth are able to function the way you need them to, beautiful form naturally follows.
