I highly recommend Watterson Dentistry. The entire staff is kind, caring, and attentive. In addition, I can’t think of a way Dr. Watterson could be any better! With the extraction of 4 teeth in one day, I was sure I would experience severe pain. I was wrong. No pain during extraction and very little discomfort afterwords. (I thought I had an infection today and they got me right in. No infection!!) Best Dental experience I’ve ever had.

I have never been to a dentist where I've felt such a calm feeling. From the girls in the office to Jess the office manager. The first day I walked in there it didnt feel like a normal dental office. I have not been to the dentist and many years and after going to Dr Wattersons office I will never go anywhere else. They make you feel like you are number one and the only one in the office. Thank you Dr Watterson and your full staff for making me feel so comfortable.

I am terrified of the dentist and at Dr Scott Watterson they made me feel at ease that has never happened at any other dentist, they took they're time with me they asked my permission before doing things even before introducing me to Dr Scott Watterson. The environment is so warm and inviting not cold and sterile looking like others. They have beautiful paintings to look at not just bare wall space at the end of the dentist chair. During my exam he was very gentle took his time and let me take the lead when I was ready. He never took those dental pics and started poking my sore teeth either they have set me up with a partial and he is more about saving teeth and making the patient comfortable and informed than making money. All of the other staff like Jessica were exceptional, I felt cared for and they acted like they truly understood my fear and anxiety and were very sensitive to it. Exceptional Dentist office. I'll never go anywear else.

I had my first appointment today, this is a great group of people to work with very kind , transparent, personable and compassionate. They made me feel so comfortable explained things so well to me. I am going here for orthadontics and now for dental work as well. I am so happy I came here and did not go with the first place I went. They actually care about the health of your teeth someone was gonna start the braces process on me tomorrow Dr Watterson pumped the breaks and I definitely saved me a lot of money and problems by telling me the better route I need to do to ensure I do not cause extreme damage to my teeth. They were not just going to take my money they're going to do this process the right way! I highly recommend Dr Watterson and his amazing team to anyone if you're looking for orthodontic care dental cleanings a second opinion his office is without a doubt the best place I have found in Jackson and surrounding areas.

Great staff! They make you feel like part of the family. If you dread the dentist due to concern of discomfort, you don’t have to worry if you are seen here. I have had the deep cleaning below the gum line, routine cleanings, and I am now receiving orthodontic treatment. I am very happy that I chose Dr. Watterson and staff.
