I’ve been going to this office since 2014. Even after moving 1.5 hours away, I still continue to come here because of the incredible care I receive. Dr. Watterson has truly changed my life for the better. After losing my front teeth from a childhood trauma, he worked tirelessly with me for years to restore my smile. He is dedicated, skilled, and always does his very best work. I am eternally grateful to him and his amazing staff for everything they have done for me — and continue to do.

I’ve been coming here for both regular cleanings and dental implants, and I can’t say enough good things about this practice. The entire team is professional, pleasant, and truly focused on making every visit as comfortable as possible. The quality of their work is excellent — everything from routine care to more complex procedures has been handled with skill and attention to detail. It’s rare to say that going to the dentist can actually be a positive experience, but they really make it that way. Highly recommend!

I had my first appointment today, this is a great group of people to work with very kind , transparent, personable and compassionate. They made me feel so comfortable explained things so well to me. I am going here for orthadontics and now for dental work as well. I am so happy I came here and did not go with the first place I went. They actually care about the health of your teeth someone was gonna start the braces process on me tomorrow Dr Watterson pumped the breaks and I definitely saved me a lot of money and problems by telling me the better route I need to do to ensure I do not cause extreme damage to my teeth. They were not just going to take my money they're going to do this process the right way! I highly recommend Dr Watterson and his amazing team to anyone if you're looking for orthodontic care dental cleanings a second opinion his office is without a doubt the best place I have found in Jackson and surrounding areas.

Great staff! They make you feel like part of the family. If you dread the dentist due to concern of discomfort, you don’t have to worry if you are seen here. I have had the deep cleaning below the gum line, routine cleanings, and I am now receiving orthodontic treatment. I am very happy that I chose Dr. Watterson and staff.

Where does a dentist go when he needs work done in his own mouth? I go to my U of M Dental School classmate, Dr. Scott Watterson. Why? I can trust him (and you can too) to do what is proper and do it well. It doesn't hurt either that he has a top-notch support team!
